The transcript below has been lightly edited for length and clarity:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><strong>Tracey Velt:<\/strong> &nbsp;You have mortgage background, so what are you bringing with you to the real estate side to bring real estate and mortgage closer together?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ginger Wilcox:<\/strong> Great question. It&#8217;s really interesting because despite what you would think would be this symbiotic relationship between mortgage and real estate, having worked on both sides, I find that there&#8217;s still a pretty big divide in terms of how these the industries think and operate. And I&#8217;m really excited to see how real estate and mortgage can come together more holistically, obviously in a way that&#8217;s compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But think about that full experience for the consumer because they are so closely tied. Understanding how each side fundamentally operates and works I think is really key to breaking down a lot of the silos that happen in the spaces.
